I paid but how can I download?

In the upper right corner of every page, you can login by clicking on "My Downloads".

When I try to download the file it says "Link Has Expired"

This sometimes happens when the customer takes too long to download the lessons after paying. If this has happened to you, use our contact form below with your order number so we can reset your account.

PRODUCT FAQ

Do I have to watch the videos to understand the lessons?

No, is the quick answer.

The videos are more of a supplement for visual learners. If possible, watching the videos are always better as they will allow the user to learn the alphabet and see how each word is spelled. Other than that, the audio narration and dictations are the same in the audio and video lessons.
